- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive QA processes and SOPs for all stages of meat processing, including receiving, storage, production, and distribution.
- Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to meat processing and food safety. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant standards.
- Work together with QC team to ensure product quality and safety.
- Develop and maintain a supplier quality assurance program, including the evaluation of raw materials and ingredients.
- Train and educate employees on QA processes, food safety protocols, and best practices.
- Establish and maintain a document control system to manage SOPs, records, and reports related to QA activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and optimize product quality and safety.
- At least 4 years of QA experience in food manufacturing/ processing industry.
- Willing to work in cold environment
- Ability to develop and implement QA processes and SOPs from scratch.
- Knowledge in HACCP, Food Safety and Quality management, FSSC is preferred.
- Must be comfortable to work with meat and pork.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.

- Working hours: Mon to Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)
